  • After the computer is booted from the cloned system, do I need to reactivate it?
  • It depends. When your Windows fails to be verified as the genuine one, you can reactivate it to get it run normally. This issue is always caused by the hard disk change. You can refer to Windows official tutorial to get it solved: Reactivate Windows 10 after a hardware change.
  • In the cloned system, the previously activated software fails to work, what to do?
  • Generally, the software will justify whether it is running on the original computer or not according to the serial code of motherboard or hard disk. When you boot the computer from another hard disk with the cloned system, there will be the recognition error of the new hard disk. The most convenient way to get this issue solved is to find a tool which can view and modify the hard disk serial code and then exchange the two disk serial codes. In this way, you can make sure all software works normally on the cloned system.
  • What I can do if the cloned system fails to boot?
  • So far, more than 80% Windows users can boot the cloned system successfully after cloning. Just like Windows installation, you can not boot Windows x64 OS from MBR disk and Windows x86 (x32) from GPT disk unless you change the boot mode manually. It is the same to Windows cloned system. If you fail to boot, you should check whether you clone Windows 10 64-bit operating system to MBR disk or Windows 7 86-bit (32-bit) operating system to GPT disk. If this is the case, you can change the boot settings to make the cloned system boot successfully. If not, you can contact our support team for help.
