Step 1Download and install Cocosenor Excel Repair Tuner

1. Download Cocosenor Excel Repair Tuner and install it on your computer.

2. After the installation is complete, run it.

Notice: When you want to use it to repair your Microsoft Office Excel file, please shut down Microsoft Excel application.

Step 2Select the damaged Excel file to repair

1. Click the Open button in the section where the file to be repaired is selected.

2. Find the damaged Excel file you want to repair in the your computer, select and open it into the software.

3. Here you can see your damaged file is set in the path box, click the Restore button to start the repairing.

4. The repair process only takes a few seconds to complete. When the progress bar hits 100%, a prompt box will pop up, meaning that the file has been repaired, just click OK.

Step 3Save the repaired new Excel file as another document

1. To view the repaired Excel file, you need to click the Save button to save it.

2. Choose a location on your computer to store this new file.

3. After saving, a prompt box will pop up asking you whether to open this new file. If you want to open it, click the Yes button. If you want to repair another file, click Previous, and follow the steps to repair other damage file again.
