• Step 1: Create a password recovery disk on the accessible PC
• Step 2: Set the Raid computer to boot from the password recovery disk
• Step 3: Recover Windows password on Server Raid computer
• Add another account to the RAID computer out of system

Preparations

• A CD/DVD or writable USB disk
• An accessible PC device
• Windows Password Tuner Raid

Step 1Create a password recovery disk on the accessible PC

1. Get and install Windows Password Tuner Raid on the accessible PC, and click on Windows Password Tuner Raid to start it.
2. Connect the CD or USB to the PC.
3. Click on USB device or CD/DVD according to the media type you insert.

   

4. Click on Begin burning. After a while, when get the message "Burning successfully", it means the Password recovery disk has been created.

   

Step 2Set the Raid computer to boot from the password recovery disk

1. Take the password recovery disk insert into the Raid computer that was locked with the forgotten password.
2. Restart the Raid computer and press the key to get into BIOS. Take IBM Server Raid computer as example: You need to press F1 (or F2) immediately after powering on the raid computer to get into Bios settings.
3. And then set Raid computer to boot from the CD-ROM or boot from USB drive.

Step 3Recover Windows password on Server Raid computer

1. If goes well, the Cocosenor Windows Password Tuner Raid dialog will appear after a while.
2. Select the system installed on your raid computer, click on the user name, and then click on Reset Password button to remove or reset Windows password.

   

3. Eject the removable device, click on Reboot button to restart raid computer.

   

4. And then you can login to system with the password just reset.

Step 4Add another account to the RAID computer out of system

You also can click on the Add User button to add another administrator account to the Raid computer, and then login with it.

1. Click on Add User button, and type in the new user name and password. On Windows Server computer, user account password is set to Cocosenor@2016 by default.

   

2. Eject password recovery disk, click on Reboot button.
3. And then you can get into system with the new user account.
