• Step 1: Run Windows Password Tuner Ultimate to create a password recovery disk.
• Step 2: Boot the locked computer with password recovery disk.
• Step 3: Change Windows password without login.
• Add a new administrator account with the password recovery disk

Preparations:

• An accessible computer with Internet connected.
• Download and install Windows Password Tuner Ultimate.
• A USB or CD disk that is writable.

Step 1Run Windows Password Tuner Ultimate to create a password recovery disk

1. Run Windows Password Tuner Ultimate.
2. Insert the removable device (USB or CD) into the computer.
3. On the Windows Password Tuner Ultimate, click on USB device or CD/DVD according the removable device you use.

   

4. Click on Begin burning. If no important data on the USB or CD drive, click on Yes to format and create a password recovery disk. Or remove the important data to a safe place before clicking on Yes.

   

Step 2Boot the computer with password recovery disk

1. Take out the USB or CD password recovery disk and insert into your Windows computer.
2. Set computer to boot from the removable device (USB drive or CD-ROM).
3. If boot well, the Cocosenor Windows Password Tuner Ultimate Wizard will appear, not the Windows logon screen.

Step 3Change Windows password without login

1. Click to select the system and the user account. And then click on Reset Password button. On Windows 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP, the password will be set to blank, click on Yes if you accept it. On Windows Server, the password will be set to "Cocosenor@2018", click on Yes if you accept it.

   

2. Click on Reboot, unplug the removable device, and click on Yes to boot computer normally.

   

3. When go to the logon screen, sign in with the password code "Cocosenor@2018".

Step 4Add a new administrator account with the password recovery disk

1. When the Cocosenor Windows Password Tuner Ultimate dialog comes up, click on Add User.

   

2. On the popping up dialog, type in the new user name and the password. On Windows Server computer, it will provide you a default password "Cocosenor@2018" in order to meet the password policy requirements.

   

3. After unplugging the password recovery disk, click on Reboot. When go to the login screen, you will find the new user account you have added.
