3. Secure Element security chip for Apple Pay.
Now, more and more people can use Apple Pay to proceed the payment when they buy something online or offline. The mobile payment is related to user's personal information and bank card information. When the user proceed the payment through Apple Pay, it will not use actual credit card or debit card, instead an independent "custom code" that stored in the Secure Element after encryption.
When user make payment, the secure element will generate an encrypted custom code, which will be sent to the server of Apple Pay for decoding , then confirm payment.
