Easy Ways to Access and View iCloud Backup on iPhone
Generally, Apple users will get 5 GB of free storage after signing up for iCloud. If you take some pictures or add several contacts, the data can be synced to iCloud only if your iPhone has turned on iCloud Backup and connected to Wi-Fi. Then you can access the backup files at any time, whether from your iPhone, iPad, or a computer.

Part 1: How to Access iCloud Backup in Settings
You can check iCloud backup files on iPhone/iPad if you can’t find the previous data, or free up some space in order to store the current files. But do you know where the iCloud synced files are?
Step 1: Launch Settings > Click the Apple ID name. If there is no Apple ID account, first you need to sign in with your Apple ID.
Step 2: Choose the iCloud option and then click Storage. After that, check all the data here.
Step 3: If the iPhone backup files are useless, you can continue to tap Backups > Select the device > Click on Delete Backup.
Part 2: How to Access iCloud Backup at icloud.com
After signing in with your Apple ID, the iCloud data can be accessed across different devices. And in addition to viewing the backup on iPhone’s Settings, you can also check it through the iCloud website.
Step 1: Visit the iCloud website on a computer. And sign in with your Apple account. Then you can view all iCloud services here.
Step 2: From the interface, select a category like Photos. Check the desired photos here. Right-click the items and download them on the PC if needed.
Part 3: How to Restore iPhone from iCloud Backup
You need to have turned on iCloud backup before performing a factory reset. And then erase your old iPhone and restore it from iCloud backup.
Back up iPhone: Go to Settings > Find iCloud and click it > Toggle on iCloud Backup. If you turned on before, click Back Up Now.
Wipe the iPhone: Open Settings > Choose General > Click Transfer or Reset iPhone > Select Erase All Content and Settings. Enter the screen passcode and the Apple ID password. After that, confirm to reset.
Restore from backup: After resetting, set up the iPhone as new until you reach the Apps & Data screen. Select Restore from iCloud Backup. Then choose a backup and sign in with an Apple ID. Wait for the restoration.
